FED New Menu

Our new menu at FED is inspired by our recent trip to Perth, as well as visits to Jakarta and Bandung. Each city gave us new ideas that we’ve brought back and adapted in our own way. We’ve kept the process focused on ingredients we love and flavors that feel honest and balanced. One of the dishes we’re most excited about is the green agnolotti, filled with braised leek and ricotta—definitely a great one to start with. We also have a weekend-only special: braised beef cappelletti served with brown butter sauce. Another highlight is our housemade pork sausage, smoked over coconut husk and paired with a lemongrass-infused chicken jus.
